Where is this community hosted?

The 28-Day Transformation Jumpstart private Skool community group. You will receive a private invite link upon purchase.

Is this for beginners or more advanced?

It's actually for both & let me explain. This is the complete & entire Transformation Program we have used to help thousands of individuals at every stage in life. From high school kids, to seasoned competitive athletes, to your average gym goer. People who have never worked out or followed a nutrition plan before to people recovering from injuries. To individuals in their later years in life looking to stay as healthy as possible to keep up with their grandchildren. There's a good chance we have worked with someone with a similar situation as you.

Does this require counting calories or tracking macros?

No, it does not! We have developed a simple and easy-to-follow structured nutrition plan that completely gets rid of the need to count calories or track food in an app and still allows for endless food combinations and meal variety.

Do I have to buy special foods or supplements?

No, you do not! Our aim is to teach you how to eat real, whole and nutritious foods to support your daily life, goal and doing it in a way the is longterm realistic, affordable and do-able!

Can I do this if I have PCOS or Hashimoto's?

Yes, you can! Our plans are made up of whole nutritious food and each plan has flexibility if you have a food intolerance to make a swap.

Are there vegan / vegetarian plans?

Unfortunately, there are NO vegan and/or vegetarian plans. Our challenge nutrition plans are designed to consume properly balanced portions across all food groups. If you are not full vegan / vegetarian, there are vegan and vegetarian food options on the plans if you are only looking to reduce animal based protein options and not eliminate.

Can I do this if I have food allergies, restrictions, or aversions?

Yes, you can! Our plans are made up of whole nutritious food and each plan has flexibility if you have a food intolerance, restrictions, or aversion to make a swap for another food. These plans are NOT vegan / vegetarian. They are designed to for balance portions across all food groups.
